The stones of Bedrock Income were laid many years ago. Gregg McDermott has been in this business since the early 2000s.

Bedrock recognized a gap in the market. No property management company dominated the market. No real estate agents felt that there was a company who they could trust to send their clients. Most of the existing property managers tried to do the bare minimum, investing no resources into bettering their product, systems, processes, or customer experience. Bedrock grew one stepping stone at a time as they refined every aspect of their business, believing that if they put reputation and service first, instead of the money, that the money would take care of itself.
